At Allison Izu, we want you to love your fit and feel confident in every piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
